Logo Development

We'll develop the pre-existing ATG logo to fit multiple scales and settings with high quality variations and designs.

Typeface

The fonts your brand will use throughout all communication. Type requires a balance between personality and customer appeal.

Color Palette

Color design begins with emotions, then psychology, and then the palette. We'll provide you with the colors to use with a full set of guidelines.

Stylescape

A dynamic, all-inclusive visual scape of your brands identity. Includes a blend of all visual identity components.

Design Features

Shapes, layouts, stamps, icons, patterns, and frames to use throughout your brand.

Brand Collateral

This includes branded flyers, business cards, brochures, posters, and promo items - tailored to your brand's needs.

We'll gather existing data and connect domains with secure SSL hosting and firewalls to prevent data breaches.

UX Design

UX stands for User Experience. We'll create a sitemap and flowchart of user engagement based on purpose and CTA.

Website Design

The visual style and design of the website. Here, we'll focus on the homepage as a base-point for the rest of the site.

Mobile Experience

Over half of viewers will engage with your site on phones and tablets, making it crucial that we create a specifically designed mobile experience.

Basic SEO

Basic SEO requires implementing strategic keywords selected in the Brand Strategy phase.

Brand Direction & Positioning

We'll start with what your company believes in, and how those beliefs can influence market decisions. We'll facilitate emotional deep dives into the desired future state for your clientele using custom user profiles. Then, we'll use this information to craft a set of five core values for your company to tightly hold true to. This is a 1 hour session with you and your team, allowing us to start building strategy diagrams for reference going forward.

Market Targeting, Interviews, & Research

This is where the strategy begins. To be outcome oriented, we must be research & evidence based. After a session with you and your team on the history of you business activity, we'll put together a research and interview plan to understand your referral network, existing customer base, and future clientele. This is a 1 hour session with two weeks of competitor research, client interviews, and market research.

Competitive Positioning & Brand Feel

This is leverage. We'll facilitate a collaborative brainstorm to get specific about the exact brand component(s) that your company will create leverage with. We'll hone in on how your company serves customer needs and identities in a radically different way. With this a selective competitive position in mind, we'll begin crafting the Brand Feel using word lists and research data. This will be a 1 hour session with up to five days of data organizing and strategy building.

We'll carefully craft your four-sentence mission statement that communicates what you believe, your value proposition, and your impact mission. Then, we'll strategically dial in on the personality in the voice of your brand and how it influences communication styles. This is a 1-2 hour session.

A brand needs a compelling tagline and memorable catch phrases to stick to the minds of people in the target market. We'll examine over 50 taglines and catch phrases and narrow down on the ones that resonate. We'll present our ideas and guidelines after a week of research during a 1 hour session with you and your team.

Keywords & Go-to-Market Strategy

This is where we start to think for the long-term future. In a live session, we'll actively research keyword rankings and volumes to select your top 3. Then, we'll present a go-to-market approach for future growth and expansion. This will be a 1 hour session for covering our data.

The visual part we all look forward to. Our job is to translate your brand into a visual identity system that lasts. After carefully choosing a style direction, we'll make research-based color, type, and design choices for your ultimate stylescape. 2-3 weeks of design & up to 3 revision sessions as needed.

Setup & Security

We'll take a look at pre-existing hosting, domains, and redirects for your site. We'll set up the most logical transition plan for your data, and connect your domain with secure hosting implemented with SSL. This is crucial for preventing breaches, data leaks, and optimizing site performance. This is a two week process on our end, all we need from you is your site access.

User Flow, Layout, & Call-to-Action Plan

Before designing the website, we'll focus in on the key purposes for the website. We'll work with you to define exactly how what actions the customers must take in order to acquire patients, get bookings, build engagement, or increase traffic. Integrating website purpose into business strategy is best practice for optimizing ROI. This will be a one-hour session with your team and one week of development from us.

Site Style & Direction Design

This is the main visual style phase, where we'll focus on nailing the homepage design to suit the brand feel, brand message, and CTA plan. We will revise the design up to three times with you and your team to ensure everything looks spot on. This homepage design will serve as a standard and reference point for the remaining page styles. This key process can take between one and three weeks of design on our end depending on number of revisions.

Basic SEO, Online Bookings, & Launch Plan

Once development is complete, we'll finish off the website by connecting key integrations including patient portals, payment systems, and bookings. We'll also implement and preserve basic SEO to ensure your website shows up on search engines. Finally, we'll set up your site for final launch, and an announcement approach for your clientele.

Full Development and Mobile Experience

With a design direction in place, we can begin building the actual site for the web. This includes a total of 6-7 full pages. Our expert web developers will also code custom animations, transitions, and micro-interactions for a fluid web experience.

As of March 2023, over 58% of all website traffic comes from mobile devices. This stat shows the importance of having a strong mobile website design for the website to serve its purpose. Total development can take 4-5 weeks.

Brand Styleguide: digital and print document

A full set of visual guidelines, rules, and tips that will help you communicate our values, actualize your vision, and reinforce the brand. This guide includes all resources and materials designed during the Visual Identity Design phase. This will also go in-depth on when and how to use the brand logo mark in a variety of situations.

Professional & Customizable Website

A professional website that will boost your brand's visibility, credibility, and profitability. Your mobile-optimized, customizable, and strategically-designed website will not only be visually compelling, but will serve a valuable purpose in ATG's growth strategy- generating clients, selling services, and providing critical information.

Brand Strategy Handbook: digital and print document

The compass and manual for your company's brand, and an in depth review of all of our strategic brand development. A document of all resources and data discovered during the Brand Direction & Positioning phase, as well as all materials and information from the Strategic Messaging phase.
