Interviews, Research & Analysis

ABX Studios will coordinate and manage customer, competitor, and team interviews and research. We may utilize online research tools and surveys to capture a complete snapshot of the people who relate to the Lobo business. Company assessment will be completed in a 2-hour interview with the primary shareholders of the company prior to market research.

Digital Updates & SEO

ABX Studios will update Google Business photos, address, and any other relevant information to improve online visibility. We will also plan a strategy for increasing number of high-rating google reviews with previous clients and network, this will include QR codes for Lobo to use in future communications. Our team will also assess all of Lobo's primary marketing and media channels and provide necessary updates on the platforms.

To improve Lobo Builders visibility on Google, we will implement basic on-page SEO. ABX Studios will host a live keyword research call where we will explore a variety of keywords based on everyones ideas and our research. After selecting keywords, our team will implement them throughout the website, LoboBuilders.com.

Core Messaging & Guides

First we will work one-on-one with the founder(s) of Lobo Builders to break down and define the company's mission, vision, purpose, and core values. Then, we'll build a compelling narratives based on the core perspectives and beliefs Lobo has, and how they empower their customers. Finally, we'll integrate this messaging into a language, a one liner, and re-usable headers for marketing and communications.

Target Customer Personas

Based on research about Lobo's ideal customer, we'll craft three fictional customer profiles that represent demographic, psychographic, and behavioral info about our target market. This may include past, present, and future personas. These personas will be delivered in a pdf to serve as a reference point for developing the future of Lobo's brand.

Assets from the Digital Update

A folder of resources and materials designed and created during the Digital Update phase. This will include icons, QR Codes, key documents, and graphics used for updating digital profiles and information. These documents will serve as ongoing assets as Lobo grows.

Messaging Pamphlet

A miniature booklet or trifold document covering the fully articulated Lobo message. This includes the company mission, vision, values, voice, beliefs, one-liner, and story. Training your team with this messaging information will turn your entire crew into a everlasting marketing department. Fully communicating the value that Lobo has to offer to the world.

Research Analysis Reference Sheet

An easy to use infographic summarizing the findings from our research. This may include market demands, trends, overlapping values, business opportunities, competitive advantages, and potential risks. A powerful tool for making business decisions as the company grows.
